Splash Liner Water Activated Liner

The splash liner is available in twelve different variations, each containing multiple colors. These liners are perfect for face and body painting. Apply using one of our specially designed Splash Liner Brushes.

How to use

Wet a Splash Liner Brush and swipe across the desired color before application.
