Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using rudecosmetics.pk, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

Orders & Pricing

Confirmation: As stated in our policy, all orders placed are considered Confirmed Orders.

Processing: Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding holidays). Once processed or dispatched, no changes (address, items, or cancellations) can be made.

Pricing Error: We reserve the right to cancel orders if a product was listed at an incorrect price due to a system error. If payment was made, a full store credit or refund will be issued.

Payment & Delivery

Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfers, and Credit/Debit Cards.

Verification: For high-value orders, our team may call for additional verification before dispatch.

Shipping: Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days. Delays due to weather, strikes, or courier issues are beyond our control.

Product Representation

Accuracy: We strive to show accurate colors; however, due to different screen settings and lighting, the actual product color may vary slightly from the images shown.

Allergy Warning: Always check the ingredient list. Rude Cosmetics Pakistan is not liable for individual allergic reactions to specific ingredients.

Order Refusals:

Rude Cosmetics reserve the right to refuse any order due to history of refusing cash on delivery orders in past. In most of cases if someone has refused to twice in past, we will not send new orders.

Shipping Damages / Broken Items:

Rude Cosmetics take the best possible measures in packaging but since some of the makeup items are very delicate so in case if something is damaged by shipping company during the transit, you need to contact our support team within 24 hours after receiving the order, and we will arrange pickup from courier and this process takes 7-10 days to replacement of item. 

We will require 7-10 business days to settle these claims.
